The following terms govern all commercial interactions with sudriko. By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract with Ruth OHara.
- Age Mandate: You must be 18 years of age or older. It is a criminal offense to purchase alcohol for a minor.
- Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery at the specified Irish address.
- Cold-Chain Disclaimer: Due to the biological nature of craft beer, sudriko is not liable for flavor degradation if the product is stored at temperatures exceeding 20°C after delivery.
- Returns & Breakages: Technical faults (e.g., “leakers” or broken seals) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence for a refund or replacement.
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dublin.
