It is a criminal offense to purchase alcohol for a minor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transfer of Risk:<\/strong> The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery at the specified Irish address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cold-Chain Disclaimer:<\/strong> Due to the biological nature of craft beer, sudriko is not liable for flavor degradation if the product is stored at temperatures exceeding 20\u00b0C after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Returns &amp; Breakages:<\/strong> Technical faults (e.g., &#8220;leakers&#8221; or broken seals) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence for a refund or replacement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jurisdiction:<\/strong> These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
